Productivity Consultant, Speaker & Trainer
Tracey Gritz is president of The Efficient Office and founder of the A.L.I.G.N. Productivity Method™. Tracey is a productivity expert and keynote speaker that is passionate about helping professionals understand that today’s productivity does not work. In fact, it’s a recipe for burnout and overwhelm. In order to truly be successful we must work less so that we can achieve more. Then, and only then, will we be able to permanently move from reactive to proactive, from scattered to in-control, and from burned out to energized and inspired.
Tracey’s passion for productivity began at a young age. While most 8-year-olds were playing with baby dolls and toy trucks, Tracey was playing office…organizing mounds of mail and sharpening No. 2 pencils in her family’s Southern California home.
Fifteen years later, Tracey and her husband Larry were the owners of two successful men’s retail stores in Beverly Hills, California. Here, Tracey, where she gained first-hand knowledge of how an efficient business could lead to more profits and less stress.
Armed with this knowledge, Tracey opened The Efficient Office in 2009. A year and a half later, she was completely burned out and began resenting what had once been her passion. As a result, she began to see how the cult of productivity was seriously harming our society. From there she created the A.L.I.G.N. Productivity Method™ to help the world understand how to shift from looking at productivity as a way to get more done to using productivity as a tool to deliberately take action toward their dreams and goals.
Today, Tracey has clients from, and speaks, all over the world. Her clients include entrepreneurs, executives, Olympic athletes and Fortune 500 companies. Tracey donates her time to the Multiple Sclerosis Society and donates a portion of all of her engagements to charity. She also mentors new business owners on how to turn their passion into profits without experiencing burnout.
